Founded in 2008, GreeFitness Technology Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specialising in commercial and home fitness equipment. Our 40,000 m² campus in Yongkang, Zhejiang — China's hardware manufacturing capital — houses robotic welding, automated powder coating and full assembly lines with an independent testing laboratory.
Our production covers the complete frame-to-finished-machine journey: robotic MIG welding cells, jig-controlled assembly with ±0.5mm tolerances, 12-stage pretreatment powder coating and 100% fixture inspection — with a capacity of 12,000 frames per month.
The in-house laboratory performs full lifecycle testing — motor endurance, frame fatigue to 1,000,000 cycles, drop and impact tests, and stability certification per EN957 and ISO 20957, with more than 5,000 test hours annually.
Our products and processes are certified to CE, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with every product line tested against EN957 / ISO 20957. Certificates and test reports are available for customer audit.
From our Zhejiang export hub, we ship consolidated containers to 60+ countries with complete export documentation, insurance, regional warehouses in Rotterdam, LA and Dubai, and a 10-year spare parts guarantee.
